Stomach... dying

Its hurts like mad... No food in there and it cramping up like heck... Went to Jam today... didnt feel any pains *except for my pride* when i got home... DIE.... SUPER PAIN.... like... MAJORLY painful... Its like... constipation+gastric+stomach ulcer+body combater punched me in the tummy TT^TT
